ListPlus finds two different kinds of phone number, and they come from two
different lookups. This article covers finding them **inside a list**; for
the single-profile reveal steps in Segment Search and Person Search, see "[Get
emails and phone numbers](https://listplus.ai/en/help/find-contacts/reveal-email-and-phone)." For exact prices, see "[Price list: what every
action costs](https://listplus.ai/en/help/plans-credits-billing/price-list)" and "[What does one contact cost?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/plans-credits-billing/what-does-one-contact-cost)"

## Company phone vs. personal mobile

- **Company phone** — the company's main switchboard number, not a line
that reaches one person directly. It comes bundled, at no extra cost,
with a "Contact Brief" lookup (Enrich menu or record panel: "Contact
Brief (by LinkedIn URL)" or "Contact Brief (by Name & Company)"), which
also returns a verified email. This is a Prospeo call that costs credits, charged only if a verified email is found — the company phone rides along at no extra cost with that same hit.
- **Personal mobile** — a verified mobile number for that specific person.
This needs its own, separate lookup: "Reveal Mobile Number" in the
record panel, via Prospeo, which costs credits and is charged only when a number is actually found. It needs a LinkedIn URL, or a name and company, to start
  from.

There is no button that finds someone's direct-dial extension at a
company. ListPlus offers the company switchboard number and a personal
mobile — not internal extension numbers.

## Reveal a mobile number for one contact

Open a row's **record panel** and click "Reveal Mobile Number" under
Contact. It shows the price and only charges you if a verified
mobile is actually found — a miss costs nothing. "Reveal Mobile Number"
isn't in the Enrich menu itself; start it from the record panel, the
single-cell fill window (the wand icon on an empty Mobile cell — Reveal Mobile Number), or a Person Search / Segment Search result card.

## Reveal for many rows at once

Select the rows in the grid, click **Enrich** in the selection bar, then
pick **Contact details → Phone** in the field picker. ListPlus shows a
plan first — "at most N cr for M contacts" — before anything is charged.
Pick **Phone**: for each row this plans "Reveal Mobile Number", charged only where a mobile is found. The company switchboard
number isn't a field you can pick. It comes with a Contact Brief lookup.
Rows that already have a phone number are skipped automatically.

## The pricier option: email + phone together

If Contact Brief and Reveal Mobile Number don't find anything, "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu (under "Find Missing Email
or Phone") runs a wider FullEnrich waterfall for both an email and a phone
number at once — the phone tier is charged only when a phone number is actually found (if it only turns up an email, you pay just the email part). It's more than twice the price of the mobile reveal because it also covers the email side and
searches a much wider set of sources; use it only after the cheaper routes
have come up empty.

## Formatting phone numbers you already have (free)

**Clean Phone Numbers**, in the Enrich menu's local cleanup section, is
free and runs entirely on your own data — no lookup, no credits. It
normalizes existing phone numbers to international format (e.g.
`+49 30 12345678`), strips spaces, dashes and Excel artifacts, and fixes
common formatting issues. It only appears when your list has a detected
phone column with values that need cleaning; it never adds a number that
isn't already there.

## FAQ

### How do I find someone's mobile number in a list?

Open the row's record panel and click "Reveal Mobile Number" (via Prospeo, charged only on a hit; the button shows the price). For several rows at once, select them, click Enrich in the selection bar, and choose Contact details → Phone (it runs Reveal Mobile Number, charged per number found).

### Does ListPlus charge me if no mobile number is found?

No. "Reveal Mobile Number" only charges credits when a verified mobile is actually returned; a miss costs no credits.

### What do I need to find a mobile number?

A LinkedIn URL, or a first name, last name and company (domain or company name). Without at least one of those, "Reveal Mobile Number" isn't offered for that row.

### Can I find phone numbers for many rows at once?

Select the rows, click Enrich in the selection bar, choose Contact details → Phone, and click Next. ListPlus runs "Reveal Mobile Number" (via Prospeo) for each row, charged only where a mobile is found, and shows the worst-case cost ("at most N cr for M contacts") before you confirm. The company's main number isn't a picker field — it comes at no extra cost with a Contact Brief lookup.

### Where do I find a company's main phone number?

It comes bundled with "Contact Brief (by LinkedIn URL)" or "Contact Brief (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu or record panel — it costs credits, charged only when a verified email is found, with the company phone included in the same result.

### Can I find someone's direct-dial extension at a company?

ListPlus doesn't look up internal office extensions. For a number that reaches the person directly, use "Reveal Mobile Number" (charged only on a hit). The company's main switchboard number comes at no extra cost with a Contact Brief lookup.

### Is there a cheaper or more thorough option than Reveal Mobile Number?

If Reveal Mobile Number doesn't find anything, "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu runs a wider FullEnrich search for both at once — it costs more, with the phone tier charged only when a phone number is actually found (only the email part if it only turns up an email). Try the cheaper routes first.

### Can I clean up phone number formatting without paying credits?

Yes — "Clean Phone Numbers" in the Enrich menu normalizes the formatting of phone numbers you already have (e.g. into `+49 30 12345678`) and removes Excel artifacts, and it costs no credits. It only reformats existing values; it doesn't look up new numbers.

### Why didn't the mobile reveal find a number for this contact?

Not every person has a verified mobile number on file with the data provider — a miss costs nothing. Try the pricier "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)," which searches a wider set of sources and charges the phone tier only when a phone is found, or check "Not found — what now?" for other next steps.
