There's no separate app in the App Store or Google Play — ListPlus runs in
your phone's or tablet's browser, at the same listplus.ai/app address as on
a computer.

## What works on a phone or tablet

Person Search, Segment Search, the Watchlist and the Inbox all work in a mobile
browser, and so does opening a list to check, enrich or edit it — the
layout adapts to the narrower screen. On a list, the header keeps every
button, but on narrow headers the save status shows only its icon (no
"Saved" text) and the Apply button for AI suggestions only its number, to
leave room for the list's title. Between 750 and 767 pixels wide the left
navigation shows icons only, without labels. Below 750 pixels (phones) the
navigation disappears: a **Menu** button at the top left opens a list of
all destinations, with Find's searches listed under it.
Pages with two columns (Lists, Inbox, Pipelines, Watchlist, Segment Search, AI
Research) keep both columns down to 750 pixels — collapse the left one
with its round button when you need the room. Below 750 pixels the left
column (list tree, folders, filters, pipelines, Inbox entries, researches)
becomes a panel that fills the screen: open it with the worded button at
the right of the page header (such as **Filter** or **Entries**; in a list,
the icon left of the title). The panel's own button leads back (such as
**Results →**) or says **Close**; Esc closes it too.
Picking an entry closes it for you; on the Inbox, Pipelines and AI
Research it opens by itself while nothing is selected yet. Starting a new
**AI Research** now also works on a phone: with no run open, the usual
form to describe and start one fills the screen, and tapping **+** in the
header (icon only, on phones) returns to it from an open run — the runs
list itself lives in that side panel. Watching a research also works from
a phone — every research runs on the server, so you can open one started
on your computer, follow its progress and review matches. You can also
forward an email into your Inbox from your phone's own mail app, the same
as from a computer.

Switching workspaces works on a phone too: tap your avatar and open the
workspace row (the same menu as the switcher in the Home header). Without an
account, the avatar menu shows **Guest** with a **Start for free** button to
sign up.

## Getting support on the go

On a phone there is no round **?** button: open the menu (top left) and
tap **Help**, then use the **Ask ListPlus** field under the guides.
Email support@listplus.ai works the same everywhere. See "[How do I contact support?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/troubleshooting/contact-support)" for details.

## FAQ

### Is there a ListPlus app for phones?

No — there's no app in the App Store or Google Play. ListPlus runs in your phone's or tablet's browser at listplus.ai/app, the same address as on a computer.

### Can I check, enrich and edit a list from my phone?

Yes. Opening a list, running quality checks, enriching rows and editing cells all work in a mobile browser, though a computer is easier for large lists.

### Can I use Person Search or Segment Search on a phone?

Yes, both work in a mobile browser — Segment Search, for example, moves its filters into a full-screen panel you open with the Filter button in the page header. Below 750 pixels wide the left navigation is replaced by a Menu button at the top left.

### Can I start an AI Research from my phone?

Yes — with no run open, the form to describe and start a research fills the phone screen the same way it does on desktop. Tap "+" in the header (shown as an icon only on phones) to get back to that form from an open run; the list of your past runs lives in a full-screen panel you open with the button in the page header.

### Why does the list header only show an icon instead of "Saved" on my phone?

On narrow screens the list header shows the save status as an icon only, to leave room for the list's title and other buttons: a check means saved, a spinner means saving, red means not saved yet (it retries automatically). There is no Save button — edits are saved automatically about a second after you make them.

### Can I watch a research that's already running, on my phone?

Yes — every research runs on the server, so one you started on your computer shows up on your phone too. Opening it, watching its progress, and reviewing and adding its matches to a list all work on a phone.

### Does the support chat work on a phone?

There is no live support chat, but the AI help works the same as on a computer: open the menu at the top left, tap Help and type your question into the "Ask ListPlus" field. To reach a person, use "Send to support" under an answer or email support@listplus.ai.

### Can I import a file or connect a tool from my phone?

Yes — importing a file or connecting a tool such as Google Sheets or HubSpot both work in a mobile browser, though a computer is easier for large lists.
