# Is ListPlus down, and what happens to jobs mid-run?

The ListPlus status page is at
[listplus.betteruptime.com](https://listplus.betteruptime.com). It shows
whether the website, the app and sign-in are up, and any ongoing incident.

## Checking whether something is down

Look at the status page first. If it shows everything as up but something
still isn't working for you, contact support (the ? button in the bottom-right corner → ask the AI help and
click "Send to support", or write to support@listplus.ai) and describe what you're seeing — an error message,
a stuck import, or pages not loading. See "[How do I contact support?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/troubleshooting/contact-support)" for
what to include so the team can check quickly.

## What happens to a job that's running when something goes wrong

Imports, enrichment runs and AI Research are server-side jobs: their
progress is stored as they go, not only in your browser tab. An AI
Research that stops responding shows **"Stalled — no more response
from the run"** instead of finishing normally, and everything it found up
to that point is kept; clicking **Resume** starts a fresh working segment
to continue it (see "[AI Research always runs on the server](https://listplus.ai/en/help/find-contacts/background-runs)"). The same principle applies to enrichment and import jobs:
results already produced are kept, and reopening the list shows their
current state.

## What about credits already spent?

Some enrichment lookups are only charged when they find something (for
example a person via Prospeo or a mobile number); others are charged per
attempt. Two specific situations refund automatically — see "[Automatic
credit refunds](https://listplus.ai/en/help/plans-credits-billing/refunds)" for exactly which ones. Outside those, credits already
spent for work already done generally aren't refunded; for anything that
looks wrong on your balance, contact support with the list or run
involved.

## FAQ

### Does ListPlus have a status page I can check?

Yes — [listplus.betteruptime.com](https://listplus.betteruptime.com) shows whether the website, the app and sign-in are up, and any ongoing incident. If it shows everything as up but something still isn't working for you, contact support — write to support@listplus.ai, or ask the AI help (? button in the bottom-right corner) and click "Send to support".

### How do I report that something seems down?

Click "Send to support" under an answer of the AI help (? button in the bottom-right corner) or email support@listplus.ai, and describe what you're seeing (an error message, a page that won't load, a stuck job). See "[How do I contact support?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/troubleshooting/contact-support)" for what to include.

### If an import or enrichment run is interrupted, do I lose what it already found?

No. These are server-side jobs, so results already produced are kept even if your connection drops or the page reloads; reopening the list shows the current state.

### Will I get my credits back if a run fails partway through?

It depends on the lookup: some are only charged when they find something, others per attempt. A LinkedIn import that stops early (timeout, provider failure) still delivers the rows it produced and charges them, and its base fee is kept — only an error on ListPlus's own side is refunded. Beyond the two cases in "[Automatic credit refunds](https://listplus.ai/en/help/plans-credits-billing/refunds)," credits spent on work already done aren't refunded automatically — contact support for a specific concern.

### Should I keep retrying if something seems broken?

A short retry is fine, but if it keeps failing, stop and contact support with what you were doing and which list or run it involved — that's faster than repeated attempts.

### What should I include when I report a problem?

The more specific you are, the faster support can help — name the list or run involved, the exact error text and roughly when it happened. See "[How do I contact support?](https://listplus.ai/en/help/troubleshooting/contact-support)" for the full list of details to include.
