Managing your account, language and installing ListPlus as an app
A few things live in Settings or your avatar menu that don't fit elsewhere: your profile, switching the app's language, and your display name in a workspace. Installing ListPlus as a browser app is a separate, browser-level feature.
Your profile#
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation, or "Settings" in your avatar menu, to open Settings, then Profile & sign-in under "My account" — your language, email, passkeys and the devices you're signed in on, plus "Delete account". Since sign-in is email address plus a one-time code only, there's no password to change here; see "Account and sign-in" for how sign-in itself works.
Your name in a workspace#
Your teammates see your display name in the member list, next to AI Research runs you start, and in invitations you send. To change it, open the workspace menu (workspace name on Home, or the workspace row in your avatar menu) → Members & invites, click the pencil icon (Change my name) next to your own entry, type the new name and press Enter. The name belongs to your account, so it shows the same in every workspace.
Language#
The app is available in English, German and Spanish; French can also be selected, but only parts of the app are translated so far, and the rest appears in English. Switch it from the avatar menu's Language submenu, or from the top of Settings → Profile & sign-in — both list all four and mark your current choice with a checkmark. The change applies immediately, no reload needed, and your choice is remembered in this browser. Invitation e-mails you send to colleagues are written in your current app language.
Installing ListPlus as a browser app#
ListPlus isn't in the App Store or Google Play (see "Using ListPlus on a phone or tablet"), but it can be installed as an app straight from your browser, since it's built to support that. On a computer, look for an install icon in the address bar (Chrome, Edge) and click it; on a phone, use your browser's own menu — usually Add to Home Screen on iPhone Safari, or Install app on Android Chrome. An installed ListPlus opens in its own window without the browser's address bar, at the same listplus.ai/app address either way.

Where are my settings?#
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation, or "Settings" in your avatar menu — it opens the Settings page, starting on "Profile & sign-in" under "My account" (your language, email, passkeys and signed-in devices). There's no password to manage, since sign-in uses only your email address and a one-time code.
How do I change the app language?#
Open the account menu via the avatar at the bottom of the left navigation and choose Language, or open Settings → Profile & sign-in and change it at the top there. English, German and Spanish are fully available; French can also be selected, but parts of the app still appear in English. The change applies immediately.
Does changing the language apply right away?#
Yes. Pick a language in the avatar menu's Language submenu and the interface switches immediately — no page reload or re-login needed.
Is there a ListPlus app in the App Store or Google Play?#
No. ListPlus runs in your browser at listplus.ai/app; see "Using ListPlus on a phone or tablet" for what works on mobile.
How do I install ListPlus as an app on my computer or phone?#
Use your browser's own install feature: on a computer, click the install icon in the address bar (Chrome, Edge); on a phone, use the browser menu's "Add to Home Screen" (Safari) or "Install app" (Android Chrome). It then opens in its own window at the same listplus.ai/app address.
Is my language choice saved to my account?#
No — your language choice is saved in this browser only, not on your ListPlus account. If you sign in on a different browser or device, or clear this browser's site data, you'll need to pick your language again.
