Data sources: the full provider table
This is the full provider-by-provider table behind "Where does the data come from?". For exact prices, see "Price list: what every action costs" — this page links to it instead of repeating every number.
Provider table#
| Provider | What it delivers | Where in ListPlus | Inputs needed | Charge rule |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Prospeo | Segment Search results; a verified email + the company's main phone + basic company data; a verified personal mobile number | Segment Search; "Contact Brief" (Enrich menu, record panel, single-cell fill window; also appears as "Find Email (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu) / "Verified Email & Company Phone" (Person Search); "Reveal Mobile Number" | Segment Search: your search filters; lookups: a LinkedIn URL, or a name + company | On a hit, except a Segment Search page (charged per page, see price list) |
| FullEnrich | Name, job title, company, LinkedIn URL and location from an email; the same from a name + company when Prospeo finds nothing; email + phone together | "Contact Profile (by Email)"; "Find Email (by Name & Company)" / "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" / "Deep Email Search"; "Find Email + Phone (by Name & Company)" / "Deep Mobile Search" | An email address, or a name + company | On a hit (returns data); the chained "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" costs its base price, and twice that only if the follow-up also succeeds. If FullEnrich finds nobody for an email, CompanyEnrich is asked — charged at its own rate, only when its answer is accepted |
| CompanyEnrich | Company details (industry, employee count, location and more) from a domain or company name; a cheaper, lower-coverage email-to-person lookup | "Company Lookup" (Enrich menu, record panel, single-cell fill window) / "Company Profile" (Person Search); "Contact Profile (by Email)" (single-cell fill window, and automatically when FullEnrich finds nobody for an email — the answer counts only when the name fits the address) | A domain or company name; an email | On a hit |
| LinkedIn data provider (a specialised provider — never your LinkedIn account) | Profile and company data by URL, profile search by name + company, profile verification | "LinkedIn Profile" / "LinkedIn Company", "LinkedIn Profile Search", "Verify LinkedIn Profile" | A LinkedIn URL, or a name + company | LinkedIn Profile / Company whenever found; LinkedIn Profile Search per attempt, even without a match; Verify LinkedIn Profile per check, even without a match |
| Crustdata | A company's LinkedIn page (and name) from its domain — only an unambiguous match counts; new funding rounds of watched companies | "LinkedIn Company Page (by Domain)" (single-cell fill window; also picked when only the domain is known and the LinkedIn company page is wanted); Watchlist → Companies → funding alert | A company domain | LinkedIn Company Page: no credits; funding alert: per company and month, like the other Watchlist alerts (see price list) |
| Data-collection platform | LinkedIn imports — Sales Navigator search, Company Employees, Profile Search, Post Reactions, Post Comments | New List → LinkedIn import options | A LinkedIn search, company or post URL | Base + per result — see "Price list: what every action costs" |
| Google search | Finds a LinkedIn URL or a company website from a name; searches the open web throughout an AI Research run | "LinkedIn URL (by Name & Company)"; used throughout AI Research | A name + company, or your research brief | Always free |
| MillionVerifier (email verification) | Checks whether an email is valid, invalid, catch-all or disposable, live against the mail server | "Verify Email Deliverability" | An email address | Costs credits, only for a valid, invalid or disposable result; catch-all and unknown cost no credits. Obviously invalid addresses are caught before the call at no charge; a result is reused for 7 days |
| Crunchbase | Funding, technology and growth data for a company | "Company Profile Crunchbase" (Enrich menu, record panel) | A domain or company name | On a hit |
| Reddit / X (Twitter) in AI Research | Community threads (Reddit) and posts (X) used as evidence for a match | AI Research → Allowed AI tools switches | Your research brief — no manual query needed | Per search call, whether or not it's useful (see AI Research pricing) |
| ListPlus company cache | Reuses company data another customer already looked up for the same domain, instead of calling a provider again | Automatic inside "Company Lookup" — ListPlus checks the cache before calling CompanyEnrich | A domain | Always free — no provider call |
Notes on this table#
- "On a hit" means the provider is only charged when it actually returns a value; a miss costs nothing. The exceptions are noted in the table and detailed in the price list.
- Several rows share the same underlying provider under different button labels depending on where you start them (Enrich menu, record panel, single-cell fill window, or a Person Search card) — see "What does one contact cost?" for how to tell them apart.
- The ListPlus company cache is separate from any single provider's own caching: it's domain data shared across all ListPlus customers, and free to reuse. Person data (emails, phone numbers, job titles) is never shared between customers.
- AI Research's core reasoning is billed by usage, not per provider call; only the opt-in sources in this table (Reddit, X) have a fixed per-call rate. See "Price list: what every action costs" for the exact numbers.

FAQ#
Is there one table that lists every data provider ListPlus uses?#
Yes — this page. Each row names the provider, what it delivers, where you trigger it in ListPlus, what input it needs, and when it charges. For the short version grouped by task, see "Where does the data come from?".
Which provider does Segment Search use?#
Prospeo. It's a licensed B2B contact database that also powers "Contact Brief" and "Reveal Mobile Number" elsewhere in ListPlus.
Which provider verifies my email addresses?#
MillionVerifier, checked live against the mail server. It charges credits only when the result is valid, invalid or disposable — catch-all and unknown results cost no credits, and obviously invalid addresses (bad format, disposable domains, role-based addresses) are marked invalid at no charge before the service is called.
Does Google search cost credits anywhere?#
No. Google search is always free, whether it's finding a LinkedIn URL or company website by name, or searching the open web throughout an AI Research run.
What's the difference between CompanyEnrich and the ListPlus company cache?#
CompanyEnrich is the provider that looks up a company's details from its domain or name, charged on a hit. ListPlus's company cache sits in front of it: when the cache already holds current data for a domain, the lookup is free and no new provider call is made.
Where do Reddit and X results in AI Research come from, and do they cost extra?#
They're opt-in paid switches under Allowed AI tools in AI Research: Reddit search and X (Twitter) search, each charged per search call the agent makes, whether or not it turns up something useful. Exact rates are in "Price list: what every action costs".
Which provider gives me funding and technology data for a company?#
Crunchbase provides funding, technology and growth data via "Company Profile Crunchbase," and Deep Company Profile in Person Search brings funding, technologies and open job titles together; each is charged on a hit. See "Price list: what every action costs" for the prices.
Why do some providers appear twice under different labels?#
The same provider lookup can show a different button label depending on where you start it — the Enrich menu, the record panel, the single-cell fill window, or a Person Search card. "What does one contact cost?" and the price list spell out every label for each lookup.
What does Crustdata do in ListPlus?#
Crustdata finds a company's LinkedIn page from its domain ("LinkedIn Company Page (by Domain)", no credits) and checks watched companies for new funding rounds for the Watchlist funding alert. It receives only the company domain — no personal data — and only an unambiguous match is used.
