Price list: what every action costs

Updated Markdown

This page is the one place where ListPlus prices are listed: every paid action, what it costs in credits, and when it is charged. One credit costs about €0.03, or about $0.035 if you pay in US dollars, with Pro or Premium (€0.05 / $0.06 on Basic) — see "How credits work". In a workspace every cost is paid from the workspace owner's balance, whoever runs the action.

Three rules hold almost everywhere:

  • The price is shown before you spend it — on the button, beside the menu entry, or as "at most" in the selection bar's dialog (the ceiling, fallbacks included; AI tokens on top). An Enrich icon on an Analyze check card and an enrichment you ask the AI chat for show no price; they charge per hit and never more than that ceiling. Only AI work billed by usage (AI commands, AI Analysis, AI checks, column detection, AI Research reasoning) shows its amount afterwards.
  • A lookup that finds nothing costs nothing. The exceptions are named in the tables below ("per attempt", "per check", "per run", "per search", "per calculation", "per call").
  • What you already paid for is reused. A LinkedIn lookup that found data is not charged again for 30 days, a person lookup (Prospeo, FullEnrich) for 7 days, and a company already in ListPlus's company cache costs nothing.

A LinkedIn import needs the full maximum in your balance before it starts — the base plus the maximum number of people you asked for. The base is taken when the import starts and is kept even if the search finds nobody or the run fails; the per-person part is charged for the people actually delivered, also for a run that stopped early. Only an error on ListPlus's own side is refunded. A Sales Navigator import takes up to 2,500 people, the other LinkedIn imports up to 1,000. Company employees are searched one company at a time when you paste more than 10 companies, or set Max results per company for several companies.

Enrichment in a list#

Several lookups carry a different label depending on where you start them — the Enrich menu of a list, the record panel of one row, the single-cell fill window, or a Person Search card. The table names every label.

Both email-to-profile options are labeled "Contact Profile (by Email)", so the price tells them apart: 2 credits is CompanyEnrich (single-cell fill window only), 4 credits is FullEnrich. In the Enrich menu the title "Find Email (by Name & Company)" is also used for Prospeo's 2-credit lookup — again the amount beside the entry tells you which one it is.

Enrichment wizards (Enrich menu → ENRICHMENT WIZARDS) run several of the lookups above as one plan and add up their prices. The menu shows a range per row — Company Enrichment 0.25–1.75, Campaign-Ready 2–8, Full Profile 4–12 — and the exact total for your rows is on the Start Plan button before anything runs. With the steps that are on by default a row typically costs from 0.25 (Company Enrichment), 2.25 (Campaign-Ready) or 2.75 (Full Profile); optional steps add their own price. Detect Job Changes charges two of its steps: the email check (0.3) and the LinkedIn profile (0.5 per profile found).

Person Search & profile add-ons#

Searching is not charged, with one exception: when Google does not find the person for certain, ListPlus also searches the people database by name — 2 credits, only when the database returns people.

Opening a profile loads its basics automatically:

PieceCreditsCharged
LinkedIn profile0.5when found

Typical total0.75—

If ListPlus knows no LinkedIn URL for the person and Google finds none either, it may first run a LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit per attempt), a LinkedIn company lookup (0.5) or a company lookup by name (0.25), which pushes the total above 0.75. You can switch the automatic loading off with "Auto-load basics: on" below the profile.

Every add-on is a card you click yourself, with its price on the card:

AI web research (when the regular lookups find no contact)1 per run + 2the 2 only when it delivers an email or phone number

An add-on, or a selection of add-ons, of 10 credits or more first asks you to confirm in a "Paid enrichment" window. A link that opens a profile with add-ons runs at most 4 of them automatically, and only add-ons of 12 credits or less. Add-on cards such as Company Contacts or Find Employees are not reused and charge again each time they find something.

Segment Search & Markets#

ActionCreditsCharged
Segment Search — one page of up to 25 people or companies2per page; not for an empty result or the same search within 30 days
Segment Search — reveal the work email (with company phone)2only if a verified email is found
Segment Search — reveal the mobile number18only if a number is found
Segment Search — opening a row (basics)about 0.75each part when found
Markets — picking values, opening a chart0—
Markets — Calculate for a new combination of filters1per calculation; not for one calculated within the last hour
Markets — loading companies0.25 per companyper company loaded
Markets — loading companies with "Companies like these"1.25 per companyper company loaded

In Markets you always load a sample first — 10, 25 or 50 companies, that is 2.5, 6.25 or 12.5 credits — and the price is on each button. One search hands over at most 1,000 companies. From a list, Find → "From the database" opens Segment Search for the selected companies at the same 2 credits per page, and Find → "Over LinkedIn" starts a Company employees import (from 2 credits + 1 per person).

AI Research#

The agent's own reasoning is billed by usage — there is no price per match and no price per run. You need at least 1 credit to start, and you set a budget for the run: 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 credits (50 by default), which covers the reasoning and every paid source. Each source is a switch under Allowed AI tools, with its price beside it:

Source (switch)CreditsPer
Web search, Read web pages, Job postings, News, Hacker News, Find LinkedIn0—
Database2search page of up to 25; not for an empty or repeated page
LinkedIn people4 + 0.5 per profilesearch (up to 25 profiles); the 4 also when nobody is found
LinkedIn posts0.5search (up to 50 posts)
LinkedIn posts — reading who commented and reacted0.75post that is read
Reddit1025 posts or comments requested
X (Twitter)3100 posts requested
Email check ("Your AI" only)0.3email address checked
Enrich ("Your AI" only)up to 10hit

A switch only allows a source; the agent calls a paid source when the brief needs it, and each call is charged whether or not it turns up something useful. Resume grants the chosen budget again. A research you run through your own AI assistant ("Your AI") is not charged for the matches it reports; the paid sources you switch on count against a spending cap of 10, 25 or 50 credits.

Inbox#

ActionCreditsCharged
Receiving content — pasted, sent by your own automation, forwarded by e-mail0—
Receiving an app event (a Slack message, a form answer, a booking)1 per eventwhen it arrives
An app event's message for a list: recognizing its contacts0.5 + AI usage, on toponly when it names a contact
Recognize contacts — vCard, calendar invite, table rows, one-per-line list0.5 (exact, on the button)every run
Recognize contacts — free text, a forwarded e-mail, a PDF0.5 + AI usage at double the normal rateevery run
Recognize againsame as the first runevery run, including repeats

For entries that need AI the button shows an upper bound marked "~": about 1.6 to 1.7 credits for a short text read by the standard AI model. Long texts (over about 4,000 characters), newsletters and e-mail threads are read by a stronger AI model; there the upper bound is about 23 to 31 credits, and you need that amount in your balance to start. The actual charge is lower than the bound, because it is billed on the text actually processed. If the balance is below the price shown, the button is replaced by Top up credits.

Watchlist alerts#

The only recurring charge in ListPlus. An alert is billed per contact (or per company, see below) and month: the first month when you set it, then monthly from the workspace owner's balance until you stop.

AlertChecked weeklyChecked daily
Job change (new company, new role, left)2 per contact and month14 per contact and month
New LinkedIn posts (at most 3 reported per check)1 per contact and month7 per contact and month

Switching a contact from weekly to daily in a paid month charges the difference; switching back or stopping gives no refund for the current month. If the balance cannot cover a renewal the alerts pause until there are credits again. Looking up a missing LinkedIn URL for a contact with an alert costs nothing, and a contact with no profile found waits and is not billed.

Alerts on companies are billed the same way, per company and month:

AlertChecked weeklyChecked daily
New job postings (and "Hiring a lot")0.05 per company and month0.2 per company and month
Funding rounds0.25 per company and month0.25 per company and month

A company without a LinkedIn page cannot be checked for job postings and is not billed for them; the funding alert finds the company by its domain.

AI features#

ActionCreditsCharged
AI command (chatting with a list)usage, typically ~0.2per command; the amount is shown after the reply
AI Analysis in the Enrich menu, AI checks in Analyzeusageper run; the amount is shown afterwards
Score with an AI statement0.02 per judgmentonce per set of equal values
AI text column0.02 per textonce per set of equal inputs; an empty text costs nothing
Testing an AI statement or an AI text on 10 rows0—
Scores by rules, formulas, Label columns0—
Scan business card on a list's formusage, typically ~0.1per scan, from the list's workspace; also when nothing could be read
Scan business card in the Inboxusage, typically ~0.1per photo, also when nothing could be read; recognizing the contact is the usual 0.5

Automatic recalculation of AI judgments — after a change in the list — is capped at 50 credits per list and day; a run you start yourself shows its maximum before it starts and does not count against that ceiling.

Pipelines#

Sending a record through a pipeline costs a fixed number of credits per record that arrived, whatever the target needs for it (a CRM target searches for the contact first, writes it and links it; a message is one request). The price is shown on the target's tile when you set up a pipeline:

TargetCredits per record
HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio2
Pipedrive3
Lemlist, Instantly1
Slack, Google Sheets, "Other app"1
Webhook (your own endpoint)0.25
Email, Another listno delivery charge

A record that was held at the data check, or that the target turned down (an error status, a Slack message Slack refuses), is not charged. The receiving tool may charge its own fees. Test connection → Send test costs one record's delivery price when the test really delivers (Slack, Webhook, Email draft); a HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Lemlist, Instantly, Google Sheets, "Other app" or Another list test only checks what would happen, writes nothing and costs nothing. The Enrich action of a rule (Triggers) runs the lookups from "Enrichment in a list" at their usual prices, within the budget you set under At most per record — 5, 10, 25 or 50 credits (10 by default). A step that would exceed the budget is not started.

Requests to a connected tool#

Everything ListPlus does through a connected tool is made of requests: reading pages of records for an import or reload, writing changes back, and exporting to Google Sheets. Each request that reached the tool costs 1 credit (a pipeline delivery is the exception: it is priced per record, see "Pipelines"). A request that did not get through, or that the tool answered with an error status, is not charged, and neither is a Slack message that Slack turns down (for example because the account is not in the channel). An import from a connected tool has no price besides its requests, and looking at a source in the import wizard (choosing a sheet or object, the preview, the record count) is not charged. A sync, a send, an export or a refresh does not start when the balance does not cover one request. If the balance runs out during such an operation, it stops at the next request; what was done until then stays. Connecting, listing or disconnecting accounts and browsing the app catalogue cost nothing extra. Which plan each tool needs is in "Which plan do I need?".

What you doRequests
Import or reload from HubSpotone per 100 records read, plus previews and pickers in the import wizard
Sync changes back to Google Sheetsone write per 500 rows, plus the reads that compare
Sync changes back to Attioone write per record, plus the reads that compare
Pipeline targetsnot per request: a fixed price per record that arrived (Pipelines above)
Automatic refresh of a listthe requests of the reload, on every run

What is not charged#

  • A lookup that finds nothing — except the ones marked "per attempt", "per check", "per run", "per search", "per calculation" or "per call" above
  • A repeat of your own successful lookup: LinkedIn within 30 days, person lookups within 7 days; a company already in ListPlus's company cache
  • Google searches for a LinkedIn URL or a company website, "Company News" and "Person in the News"
  • The standard quality checks in Analyze, local cleanups, formatting fixes, cleaning phone numbers, transferring or joining columns
  • Scores by rules, formulas and Label columns
  • Creating an empty list, adding to an existing list, exporting to a file (Excel, CSV, JSON)
  • Receiving records: the Inbox, the forwarding address, list webhooks
  • Pipelines to the Team email and Another list targets
  • Picking values and opening charts in Markets
  • Workspaces and members
  • The API connection of a list (what an agent enriches through it costs the same as in the app)

If a paid action is blocked because the balance is too low, see "Not enough credits".

For advanced users#

Most provider lookups charge only once the provider returns a value. Three kinds of action charge for the attempt itself, because the underlying search runs whatever the outcome: LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit), Verify LinkedIn Profile (0.25 credits, or 0.5 when the company first has to be looked up from the email domain) and the per-run and per-search prices — LinkedIn live search, AI web research, the base of a LinkedIn import, the paid AI Research sources and a Markets calculation. Email verification is billed only when the verification service returns a clear verdict: an obviously invalid address (bad format, a disposable domain, a role-based address, a test domain, a typo in the domain) is marked locally at no cost, and catch-all or unknown results are not charged either.

"Find Email + Phone" asks for a phone as well as an email; the phone tier (42 credits in total) is charged only when a phone number is found, and a lookup that only finds an email costs the 6-credit email price. The follow-up profile lookup of "Contact Profile (by Name & Company)" in the Enrich menu and record panel costs its 6 extra credits only when it succeeds; the single-cell fill window runs no follow-up.

AI commands, AI Analysis and AI checks are metered on the text actually processed, so a short command can cost less than 0.2 credits and a long one more. AI Research meters every reasoning step the same way and charges paid sources per call; a single run can call the same source several times.

AI texts in email drafts are metered the same way, on top of the draft itself: with the fast model usually well under 0.1 credits per draft, with the stronger model about twenty times as much; the same inputs are reused for the rest of the day at no cost. Check content in an Email draft pipeline usually costs 0.1–0.2 credits, and Suggest from your website in Settings → Company knowledge about 0.3–0.6 credits.

FAQ#

Where do I see what something costs before I run it?#

The price is on the button, beside the menu entry or as an estimate before you spend anything: in the Enrich menu, on record panel buttons, on Person Search cards and as "Estimated cost" for an import; the selection bar's Enrich dialog shows "at most" (fallbacks included, AI tokens on top). An Enrich icon on a check card and an enrichment asked of the AI chat show no price and never charge more than that ceiling. Only AI work billed by usage shows its amount afterwards; everything you spent is under Settings → Credits & usage.

Am I charged when a lookup finds nothing?#

Usually not — most lookups cost credits only when they return data. The exceptions charge for the attempt: LinkedIn Profile Search (1 credit), Verify LinkedIn Profile (0.25 or 0.5), LinkedIn live search (8), AI web research (1 per run), the base of a LinkedIn import, a Markets calculation (1), Find → Similar companies in a list (at least 2 per run) and the paid sources of AI Research.

Who pays for an action in a workspace?#

Every cost is paid from the workspace owner's credit balance, whoever in the workspace runs the action. Members do not need credits of their own.

Does creating an empty list cost credits?#

Creating an empty list costs no credits. On the New List page choose "Start without data"; only imports and paid lookups are charged.

Does importing a file cost credits?#

Importing a file (Excel, CSV or JSON) costs 1 credit per list, on every plan, charged when the list is created. If the balance is below 1 credit the import does not start and the message names the amount you need. Creating an empty list costs nothing.

How much does importing a file from a URL cost?#

Loading a file from a URL — "Load from URL" on the New List page, also a public Google Sheets link — costs 1 credit per list, the same as a file you upload. It is charged when the list is created; if the balance is below 1 credit the import does not start.

Does opening the sample list cost credits?#

No — opening the shared sample list to look at it costs nothing. It is view only; to edit and enrich, create your own list.

Does connecting a tool cost credits to import?#

Importing through a connected tool such as Google Sheets, Airtable or HubSpot costs 1 credit per request ListPlus makes to the tool to read the records; there is no extra price per import. Choosing the source and looking at the preview in the import wizard is not charged, and the plan decides which tools you can connect (Pro or Premium).

How much does it cost to add found contacts or companies to a list?#

Adding them to an existing list costs no credits; creating a new list for them costs 1 credit, the same as a file import. This applies to Add to list in Person Search, Segment Search, Markets and AI Research. You choose the list, or "…or create a new list", in the window that opens.

Does a list webhook cost credits?#

A list webhook costs no credits, on every plan. Records a tool sends to it go into the list without a charge; only what you do with them afterwards, such as enrichment, costs credits.

Does recognising my columns during import cost credits?#

Yes — every import uses AI to recognise the column types from the headers and sample values, billed by usage like an AI command, which is a small amount on top of the import price. A Skip AI Enhancement button only appears if AI is unavailable or the analysis hits an error; it is not an option to avoid the cost upfront.

How much does a Sales Navigator import cost?#

Importing a Sales Navigator search costs 35 credits plus 1 credit per person, for up to 2,500 people per import. The 35-credit base is charged when the import starts and is kept even if the search finds nobody or the run fails; the per-person part is charged for the people actually delivered. The New List page shows the estimated cost before you start.

How much does a Company Employees import cost?#

Importing the employees of companies from LinkedIn costs 2 credits plus 1 credit per person — the base when the import starts, the per-person part for the people actually delivered. With more than 10 companies in one import, or with "Max results per company" set for several companies, each company is searched on its own and the base is 1 credit per company (at least 2). The New List page shows the estimated cost before you start.

The LinkedIn import "Keyword search" (Profile Search) costs 1 credit per person, with no base. It is charged for the people actually delivered, so a search that finds nobody costs nothing; the estimated cost is shown on the New List page before you start.

How much does a LinkedIn Post reactions import cost?#

Importing the people who reacted to LinkedIn posts costs 1 credit per person, with no base. It is charged for the people actually delivered, and the estimated cost is shown on the New List page before you start.

How much does a LinkedIn Post comments import cost?#

Importing the people who commented on LinkedIn posts costs 1 credit per person, with no base. It is charged for the people actually delivered, and the estimated cost is shown on the New List page before you start.

How much does a Profile Search, Post Reactions or Post Comments import cost?#

These three LinkedIn imports each cost 1 credit per person with no base, charged for the people actually delivered once they arrive. Each import takes up to 1,000 people.

Why am I charged for a LinkedIn import after it finishes, not before?#

ListPlus only knows the number of people once a LinkedIn import delivers them, so the per-person charge is taken then. The base (35 credits for Sales Navigator, 2 for Company employees) is the exception: it pays for running the search and is taken when the import starts. You see the estimated maximum before you start.

How much balance do I need to start a LinkedIn import?#

You need the full maximum in your balance before a LinkedIn import can start — the base plus 1 credit for each of the people you asked for at most. The base is taken at the start; the per-person part is charged for the people you actually get. If the balance is too low, the cost box on the New List page shows a Buy Credits button.

Am I charged if a LinkedIn import finds nothing?#

Only the base is charged when a LinkedIn import finds nobody — 35 credits for Sales Navigator, 2 for Company employees — and it is also kept when the run fails or times out. Keyword search, Post reactions and Post comments have no base, so they cost nothing when they find nobody. A run that stops early still delivers the people it found and charges 1 credit each; only an error on ListPlus's own side is refunded.

How much does a company lookup cost?#

Looking up a company by domain or by company name costs 0.25 credits, charged only if the company is found. It is labeled "Company Lookup" in the Enrich menu, record panel and single-cell fill window, and "Company Profile" on a Person Search card — same lookup, same price. The amount is shown beside the entry before you run it.

Is a company lookup charged again for a company ListPlus already knows?#

A company that is already in ListPlus's company cache costs no credits. Company data is the same for everyone, so a lookup for a domain that was looked up before is answered from the cache without a charge.

How much does email verification cost?#

Checking one email address costs 0.3 credits, charged only for a clear result: valid, invalid or disposable. An obviously invalid address (bad format, disposable domain, role-based address like info@, test domain) is marked at no cost before the verification service is called, and catch-all or unknown results are not charged either. The entry is "Verify Email Deliverability" in the Enrich menu and "Verify Email" in the record panel and on a Person Search card.

How much does a LinkedIn profile lookup cost?#

Loading a person's LinkedIn profile from its URL costs 0.5 credits, charged only if the profile is found. Repeating your own successful lookup within 30 days is not charged again. The entry is "LinkedIn Profile (by LinkedIn URL)", with the price beside it.

How much does a LinkedIn company page lookup cost?#

Loading a company's LinkedIn page from its URL ("LinkedIn Company") costs 0.5 credits, charged only if the page is found. The price is shown beside the entry in the Enrich menu and on the record panel button.

How much does "Verify LinkedIn Profile" cost?#

"Verify LinkedIn Profile" costs 0.25 credits per check, or 0.5 when ListPlus first has to look up the company from the email domain. It is charged for every check, also when no profile is found, because the search itself runs either way.

How much does searching LinkedIn by name cost?#

"LinkedIn Profile Search (by Name & Company)" costs 1 credit per attempt, charged whether or not a profile is found, because the search itself runs either way. When it succeeds it returns the full profile with job title, company and experience. To find only the URL without a charge, use "LinkedIn URL (by Name & Company)" first.

"LinkedIn URL (by Name & Company)" costs no credits. It looks for the person's LinkedIn URL with a Google search and fills in the URL only; loading the profile behind it is the separate 0.5-credit lookup.

"Company Website (by Name)" costs no credits. It looks for the company's website with a Google search, so that the 0.25-credit company lookup by domain can run afterwards.

How much does finding a verified email cost?#

A verified email via Prospeo costs 2 credits, charged only when a verified email is found; the company's main phone number comes with it at no extra cost. The lookup is called "Contact Brief" in the Enrich menu and record panel and "Verified Email & Company Phone" on a Person Search card. If it finds nothing, the wider FullEnrich search costs 6 credits when it finds an email.

How much does "Contact Brief" cost?#

"Contact Brief (by LinkedIn URL)" and "Contact Brief (by Name & Company)" each cost 2 credits, charged only when a verified email is found. They return the verified email, the company phone and company data, and the price is shown beside the entry in the Enrich menu and record panel.

Does the company phone number cost extra?#

The company's main phone number costs nothing extra: it comes with the 2-credit "Contact Brief" or "Verified Email & Company Phone" lookup. A personal mobile number is a separate reveal for 18 credits, charged only when a number is found.

How much does a contact profile from an email cost via FullEnrich?#

Looking up a person's name, job title and LinkedIn URL from their email via FullEnrich costs 4 credits, charged only if a match is found. If FullEnrich finds nobody, ListPlus asks CompanyEnrich automatically, which costs 2 credits only when it finds a person whose name fits the address. It is labeled "Contact Profile (by Email)" in the Enrich menu, record panel and on a Person Search card, with the price beside it.

How much does a contact profile from an email cost via CompanyEnrich?#

Looking up a person from their email via CompanyEnrich costs 2 credits, charged only if a match is found. It is also labeled "Contact Profile (by Email)" but only appears in the single-cell fill window; the Enrich menu offers FullEnrich's 4-credit version, so the price tells the two apart.

How much does "Find Email (by Name & Company)" cost?#

"Find Email (by Name & Company)" costs 2 credits when it runs through Prospeo and 6 credits when it runs through FullEnrich, each charged only when an email is found. The Enrich menu uses the same title for both, and the amount beside the entry tells you which one it is. Try the 2-credit one first.

A rule's Enrich action is not a target; it spends credits on lookups within the budget you set per record.
