Plans and pricing
ListPlus has three plans, billed monthly or yearly. A plan decides how many records you can work with across all lists in the workspaces you own, which tools you can connect and what a credit costs, for you and every member of those workspaces; it does not include monthly credits — credits pay separately for lookups and AI (see "Do paid plans include credits every month?").
The plans#
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly (2 months free) | Records across all lists | Contacts with alerts | Price per credit | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | €0 / $0 | — | Import 25,000, edit 5,000 | 100 | €0.05 / $0.06 | Nothing to unlock — file import/export from day one |
| Pro | €49 / $55 | €490 / $550 | 100,000 | 1,000 | €0.03 / $0.035 | Connected tools: Google Sheets, Airtable, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Zoom, other apps; pipeline targets such as Slack |
| Premium | €129 / $149 | €1,290 / $1,490 | 1,000,000 | 5,000 | €0.03 / $0.035 | HubSpot everywhere; import from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Notion, Stripe; reference lists |
"Contacts with alerts" is how many people on the Watchlist a workspace can have alerts on (job changes, new LinkedIn posts) at the same time (paid per contact and month — see "The Watchlist (saved contacts)").
One list holds at most 50,000 records on every plan; the numbers in the table are totals across all your lists.
On Basic you can import up to 25,000 records and edit up to 5,000. Above 5,000 your lists become read-only — you can still view, filter, analyse and export everything, and nothing is deleted — until you upgrade or delete lists (see "Record limit").
You pay in euros if you're in Europe (EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland or the Balkans) and in US dollars everywhere else, based on the country you're paying from; once you've paid once, you keep that currency for later purchases. Yearly pays the full year upfront at 10× the monthly price, which is why it's shown as "2 months free." Every plan, including Basic, already includes: Person Search, Segment Search, AI Research, all quality checks in Analyze, every enrichment provider, file import and export (CSV, Excel, JSON), the Agent API (REST + MCP) for connecting an AI agent to a list, and list webhooks (a list's own address for forms, Zapier, Make or n8n — they cost no credits; Basic takes up to 100 records a day this way, Pro 5,000, Premium 50,000 — see "List webhooks: receive records from forms and tools"). Pro and Premium add the listed connected tools (nothing that goes through a connected tool works on Basic; each request to the tool costs credits — a pipeline delivery is priced per record instead — see the price list), a higher record limit and credits that cost 40% less; Premium also adds reference lists (mark existing customers, competitors and partners everywhere and use them in pipelines and triggers) and includes everything Pro does. Current prices in both currencies are always shown at listplus.ai/pricing.
Plans and credits are separate#
Subscribing to Pro or Premium does not give you a monthly credit allowance — the only credits tied to a plan are one-time, granted once per plan tier. You get 25 free credits when you sign up, a 250-credit bonus the first time you subscribe to Pro, and a 1,000-credit bonus the first time you subscribe to Premium; if you start on Pro and later upgrade to Premium, you receive both bonuses, each once. Renewing or staying on the same plan never repeats a bonus, and every lookup or AI action is still paid from your credit balance, which you top up in packs on any plan — with Pro or Premium every pack costs 40% less (see "Buying credits"). Credits never expire — not when the month ends, not when you change or cancel your plan. See "Do paid plans include credits every month?" and the price list for what things cost.
How to subscribe or change your plan#
- Open Plans & Billing (Settings → Plan & billing → Compare plans, or Plans & Billing in the avatar menu when signed out) and toggle Monthly / Yearly · 2 months free at the top to compare both prices.
- If you're on Basic, click Subscribe to Pro or Subscribe to Premium on the plan and interval you want — this is for a first subscription only. You're taken to Stripe Checkout to pay, and the plan plus its one-time credit bonus apply as soon as payment succeeds.
- If you're already on Pro or Premium, the button on another plan's card reads Switch to {plan}, and the button on your own plan's card reads Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly once you move the toggle — use either to switch plan, interval, or both (Premium → Pro, monthly → yearly, or both at once). You can do the same from Change plan in Settings → Plan & billing. Every one of these opens Stripe's own confirmation page showing the prorated amount for exactly that change; the change applies immediately and the difference is invoiced right away (Stripe credits you for the unused time on your old plan or interval). ListPlus refuses to start a second subscription, so you can never end up paying for two plans at once.
How to see your current plan#
The avatar menu's workspace card shows the plan badge of the active workspace (hover the avatar to see "Name · Pro-Plan"); Settings → Plan & billing shows "Current plan: Pro". For the next charge date, payment method, billing address and invoices, open Settings → Plan & billing.
What ListPlus does not offer#
ListPlus has no enterprise tier, no free trial of a paid plan, and no discounts or coupon codes — three plans at listed prices, monthly or yearly, is the whole model. There is no per-seat price either: teams work in a shared workspace, where the owner's plan and credits cover every member, and members are free (see "Credits, plan and limits in a workspace").
Payment and VAT#
Plan and credit pack prices are net prices: VAT is never included. Both subscriptions and credit packs are sold through Stripe Managed Payments: the sale is handled on our behalf by Sold Through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, as merchant of record; it appears on the checkout page and on your invoice ("Sold through Link"). Link adds VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout, calculated from your billing address, pays it to the tax authorities and emails you the receipt and invoice. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or a local method the checkout offers. For invoices and other VAT questions, see "Invoices and VAT".
For advanced users#
Everything that goes through a connected tool — connecting under "Connect a system" on the New List page, importing, reloading, syncing back, exporting to Google Sheets and pipeline targets such as Slack — needs Pro (Google Sheets, Airtable, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Zoom, other apps); HubSpot needs Premium everywhere, and importing from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Notion or Stripe needs Premium. Turning a list into a reference list (Premium) and your record limit across all lists depend on your plan. Exporting a list as a file (Excel, CSV, JSON) and the Agent API work on every plan.

FAQ#
Which plans does ListPlus have?#
ListPlus has three plans, each billed monthly or yearly: Basic (€0/$0), Pro (€49/month or €490/year, $55/month or $550/year) and Premium (€129/month or €1,290/year, $149/month or $1,490/year). Every plan already includes all finders (Person Search, Segment Search, AI Research), enrichment, quality checks, exports and the Agent API. Pro and Premium add more integrations, a higher record limit across your lists and credits that cost 40% less.
Is the Basic plan actually free?#
Yes, the plan without a monthly fee is called Basic in the app. You can import up to 25,000 records across all lists and edit up to 5,000; above 5,000 your lists are read-only until you upgrade, but you can still view, analyse and export them. Lookups still need credits: you get 25 free credits at sign-up and can buy more at any time, at €0.05/$0.06 per credit.
What do Pro and Premium add over Basic?#
Pro (€49/month or €490/year; $55/month or $550/year) raises your record limit to 100,000 across all lists (at most 50,000 in one list), all editable, unlocks connected tools (Google Sheets, Airtable, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Zoom, other apps and pipelines to Slack and similar targets), makes credits 40% cheaper (€0.03/$0.035 instead of €0.05/$0.06) and gives a one-time 250-credit bonus on first subscription. Premium (€129/month or €1,290/year; $149/month or $1,490/year) raises the limit to 1,000,000 records, adds HubSpot (everywhere), importing from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Notion and Stripe and reference lists, and gives a one-time 1,000-credit bonus, on top of everything in Pro.
Are list webhooks included in my plan, and how many records can they take?#
Yes, list webhooks are free on every plan and use no credits. Basic takes up to 100 records a day (100 per call, 30 calls per minute), Pro 5,000 a day (500 per call, 60 calls per minute) and Premium 50,000 a day (500 per call, 120 calls per minute). The daily number counts all list webhooks of a workspace together.
How much do Pro and Premium cost?#
Pro costs €49/month or €490/year (outside Europe: $55/month or $550/year), and Premium costs €129/month or €1,290/year ($149/month or $1,490/year) — yearly is 10× the monthly price, so you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Basic has no monthly fee. Current prices in both currencies are always shown at listplus.ai/pricing.
How do I subscribe to Pro or Premium?#
Open Settings → Plan & billing → Compare plans, pick Monthly or Yearly, and click Subscribe to Pro or Subscribe to Premium — this takes you to Stripe Checkout to pay. If you're already on a paid plan, the button instead reads Switch to {plan} or Switch to yearly/monthly, opening Stripe's confirmation for that change instead of a fresh checkout. The plan and its one-time credit bonus apply as soon as payment succeeds.
Where do I see my current plan?#
The avatar menu's workspace card shows the plan badge of the active workspace (hover the avatar to see "Name · Pro-Plan"); Settings → Plan & billing shows "Current plan: Pro". For the next charge date, payment method and invoices, open Settings → Plan & billing.
Is the plan credit bonus paid every month?#
No — each plan's credit bonus is one-time, granted once per plan tier: your first Pro subscription adds 250 credits and your first Premium subscription adds 1,000, both one-time, not monthly. If you start on Pro and later upgrade to Premium, you get the Premium bonus too, since it's granted once per tier; renewing or staying on the same plan never repeats one.
Is there an annual plan, enterprise tier, trial or discount?#
Yes for annual: Pro and Premium can both be billed yearly instead of monthly, at 2 months free (10× the monthly price) — toggle Monthly/Yearly on Plans & Billing. There's still no enterprise tier, no free trial of a paid plan and no discount codes. You can subscribe, cancel or change your plan any time under Plans & Billing or Settings → Plan & billing.
Are prices including VAT?#
No. Plan prices (for example €49/$55 for Pro, €129/$149 for Premium) and credit pack prices are net prices; Sold Through Link, LLC — the Stripe company that handles the checkout for ListPlus as merchant of record — adds VAT or sales tax for your country on top, calculated from your billing address. See "Invoices and VAT" for invoice questions.
What does ListPlus cost overall?#
Two things: the plan (Basic, Pro or Premium) sets your record limit, which integrations you can use and the price per credit (40% less with Pro or Premium), and credits, bought separately in packs, pay for each lookup or AI action. See the price list for the cost of every action and "What does one contact cost?" for the cheapest route to an email or phone.
Can I pay yearly?#
Yes. Pro and Premium both offer a Monthly/Yearly toggle on Plans & Billing; yearly costs 10× the monthly price, so you effectively get 2 months free compared with paying month to month. You pay the full year upfront, and the same toggle lets you switch between monthly and yearly later.
Why do I see prices in dollars?#
ListPlus charges in euros inside Europe (EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and the Balkans) and in US dollars everywhere else, based on the country you're paying from. Once you've paid once, you keep that currency for future purchases even if you later browse from a different country, though the checkout can show and charge the amount converted into your local currency. Current prices in both currencies are always shown at listplus.ai/pricing.
How do I switch from monthly to yearly, or back?#
On Plans & Billing, move the toggle to Yearly (or Monthly) and click Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly on your current plan's card — or use Change plan in Settings → Plan & billing. Either opens Stripe's confirmation page showing the prorated amount; it applies immediately, and the difference is invoiced right away, crediting the unused time on your old interval.
Did prices change?#
Yes. Since October 2026 Pro costs €49/$55 a month and Premium €129/$149, Basic imports up to 25,000 records and edits 5,000, and credits cost 40% less with Pro or Premium.
