Provider: LinkedIn imports
Building a list straight from LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, a company's employees, a keyword search, or post reactions/comments) runs through a data-collection platform on ListPlus's side, separate from the specialised LinkedIn provider that answers individual profile, company, search and verify lookups elsewhere in the app — see "Provider: LinkedIn profile data" for that one. This page covers where an import's data comes from and what it returns; see "Importing from LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, employees, profiles, posts)" for how to run one.
What it delivers. Whatever LinkedIn itself shows on the pages the import reads: names, job titles, companies and LinkedIn profile URLs for people, plus comment text, reaction type or post date for the two post-based imports. It never returns email addresses — add those afterwards with enrichment.
Where in ListPlus. The five Collect from LinkedIn tiles in the New List wizard: Sales Navigator, Company employees, Keyword search, Post reactions, Post comments.
Inputs needed. A Sales Navigator search URL, up to 10 LinkedIn company page URLs, a keyword search, or one or more LinkedIn post URLs, depending on the import type.
Coverage & freshness. Reflects what LinkedIn shows for that search or page at the moment the import runs — not a static, pre-built database.
Credits & charge rule. A base fee plus a per-result rate, shown in an Estimated cost box before you start. The base fee is charged when the import starts and kept even if the run finds nothing or fails on the provider's side; the per-result rate is charged for the rows actually delivered. See "Price list: what every action costs" for exact rates.
What the provider receives from us. The search URL, company URL(s) or post URL(s) you're importing from — never the rest of your list, and never your own LinkedIn account or session.
Company seat, data location, legal basis. The data-collection platform is based in the EU and processes data there; the scrapers it runs come from third parties and run on its infrastructure. Its name, seat and safeguard are at listplus.ai/en/subprocessors. A workspace owner can switch scrapers off under Settings → Privacy & compliance → Workspace policy.
Caching. Not cached — each import run reads LinkedIn fresh.

FAQ#
Where does the data in a LinkedIn import actually come from?#
From the public LinkedIn pages the import reads — a Sales Navigator search, a company's employee list, profile search results, or a post's reactions or comments — run through a data-collection platform on ListPlus's side, not from a stored database.
Is this the same provider that answers a single LinkedIn Profile or Company lookup?#
No. Imports run through a data-collection platform; individual LinkedIn Profile, Company, Profile Search and Verify lookups run through a separate, specialised LinkedIn data provider — see "Provider: LinkedIn profile data."
Does the import use my own LinkedIn account?#
No, never. See "LinkedIn imports and your responsibilities."
How current is the data an import brings back?#
It reflects what's publicly visible on LinkedIn at the moment the import runs, not a stored snapshot from an earlier date.
What does the provider receive when I run an import?#
Only the search, company or post URL(s) for that one import — never the rest of your list.
Which LinkedIn import types run through this provider?#
All five "Collect from LinkedIn" tiles in the New List wizard: Sales Navigator, Company employees, Keyword search, Post reactions and Post comments.
