Sign-in problems
ListPlus signs you in with your email address and a one-time code — there's no password to reset. This article covers what to do when the code doesn't arrive or you're signed into the wrong account; for how sign-up and sign-in work step by step, see "Account and sign-in."
The code isn't arriving#
Check your spam or junk folder first — the code email sometimes lands there. If it's still not there after about a minute, double-check you typed your email address correctly and click Send new code — if a countdown ("Request a new code in …") shows, wait until it runs out.
Signed into the wrong account#
Choose Sign Out in the account menu (click your avatar at the bottom of the left navigation), then sign in again with the email address you actually want to use. Your credits and plan belong to your account, and you see the workspaces that account is a member of, so switching accounts switches everything you see. If you're in the right account but your lists are missing, you're probably in a different workspace — see "My list looks wrong — rows, columns or whole lists are missing".
"Your sign-in has expired"#
A sign-in ends after a while, and it ends early when you sign out on another device or when you are signed in on more devices than allowed at the same time — the oldest sign-in is closed then. ListPlus notices on the next page load and shows you as signed out; under Settings → Profile & sign-in you may see Your sign-in has expired with the button Sign in again. Sign in again with the same email address and everything is back; nothing is lost.
An invite link doesn't work#
A workspace invitation can only be accepted with the email address it was sent to, and the link is valid for 14 days and works once.
- "This invite was sent to … Sign in with that address to join." You're signed in with a different address. Sign out and sign in (or sign up) with the invited address, then open the link again.
- "This invite no longer exists — it expired or was already used." The 14 days have passed, the invite was withdrawn, or someone sent you a newer one (a resend replaces the old link). Ask the person who invited you to send a new invite.
- "This workspace no longer exists." The workspace was deleted.
If you don't have a ListPlus account yet, click Sign in and join on the invite page; signing in with the invited address creates your account and joins you in one go. See "Invite teammates to a workspace" for how invites work.

FAQ#
I never got my sign-in code by email — what do I do?#
Check your spam or junk folder first, since the email sometimes lands there, and give it about a minute to arrive. If it still hasn't shown up, confirm you typed your email address correctly and request a new code.
Can I ask for a new code?#
Yes — on the code screen click Send new code. If a countdown ("Request a new code in …") shows, wait until it runs out.
My email address was rejected as disposable during sign-up#
ListPlus doesn't accept temporary or disposable email addresses — see "Account and sign-in" for the exact page you'll see and how to register again with a permanent address.
I'm signed into the wrong ListPlus account — how do I switch?#
Open the account menu via your avatar at the bottom of the left navigation, choose Sign Out, then sign in again with the other email address. Each account keeps its own credits, plan and workspace memberships, so after switching you see that account's workspaces.
I typed the wrong email address when signing in#
Go back to the sign-in box, clear the field and enter the correct address, then request the code again — a code is only sent to the address you enter.
The code I received doesn't work anymore#
Codes expire after a short time and lock after too many wrong tries — you'll see "The passcode has expired…" or "…entered incorrectly too many times…". Click Send new code and use the newest code only.
Why does ListPlus say "Your sign-in has expired"?#
Your sign-in ended: after a while by itself, or early because you signed out on another device or were signed in on too many devices at once (the oldest sign-in is closed then). Click Sign in again and use the same email address; your lists and data are unchanged.
None of this gets me signed in — what now?#
